Bibiazon is a multi-vendor marketplace platform operating in Ghana and globally. These terms govern the use of our platform by customers, product vendors, and food vendors.

By accessing Bibiazon, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws in Ghana and your jurisdiction.

Bibiazon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Purchase orders are binding contracts between customers and vendors.

Order Placement

Payment Methods

• •Bibiazon accepts mobile money, bank transfers, and card payments.

Product vendors must register and be approved before listing items.

All product listings must include accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.

Vendors are responsible for inventory management and stock accuracy.

Vendors must respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.

Vendors must comply with Ghana Consumer Protection Act and international standards.

Product Quality Standards

• •All products must be genuine and in the condition described.
• •Counterfeit or prohibited items will result in immediate suspension.
• •Vendors must provide warranty information where applicable.

Listing Requirements

• •Product images must be clear and accurately represent the item.
• •Descriptions must include dimensions, materials, and usage instructions.
• •Pricing must be competitive and transparently displayed.

Food vendors must have valid health permits and food handling certifications.

All food items must comply with Ghana Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) regulations.

Vendors must maintain proper food storage and hygiene standards.

Delivery times for food items are critical and must be met.

Food vendors must clearly label allergens and ingredients.

Health & Safety Compliance

• •Valid health permits must be uploaded and verified.
• •Regular health inspections may be conducted by Bibiazon.
• •Non-compliance results in immediate suspension.

Food Handling Standards

• •All food must be prepared in certified kitchens.
• •Delivery containers must maintain proper temperature.
• •Expiration dates must be clearly marked.

All transactions on Bibiazon are processed through our secure payment gateway.

Bibiazon acts as a payment facilitator and holds funds in escrow until order completion.

Payments are released to vendors after customer confirmation or 7 days post-delivery.

Transaction fees are deducted from vendor payouts as per commission structure.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Bibiazon charges a commission on all successful transactions.

Commission rates vary by category and vendor tier (Standard: 15%, Premium: 12%, Enterprise: 10%).

Commission is deducted from vendor payouts automatically.

Additional charges may apply for payment processing and logistics.

Commission rates are reviewed quarterly and updated with 30 days notice.

Vendors are responsible for timely delivery or arranging logistics partners.

Standard delivery is 2-5 business days within Accra, 5-10 days nationwide.

Express delivery options are available at additional cost.

Customers must be available to receive deliveries.

Delivery delays due to customer unavailability are not Bibiazon’s responsibility.

Damaged items during delivery must be reported within 24 hours.

The following items are strictly prohibited on Bibiazon:

• Counterfeit or stolen goods

• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances

• Hazardous chemicals or toxic materials

• Endangered species or animal products

• Fake documents or identification

• Adult content or explicit materials

• Items violating intellectual property rights

• Expired or contaminated food items

Violation results in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Bibiazon reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

Suspension reasons include: fraud, counterfeit items, poor service quality, payment defaults, or harassment.

Suspended accounts receive written notice with specific violations.

Vendors have 7 days to appeal suspension with evidence.

Repeated violations result in permanent account termination.

Funds in suspended accounts are held for 30 days pending investigation.
